Our cottage features a private keypad entrance, large living space with a dining table, kitchenette, 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 queen bed with full bath with shower, 1 king bed. *Please note: our bathrooms are small but they are beautiful! The kitchen features a double induction burner, small oven/air fryer/toaster combo, coffee maker, small refrigerator and water drinking dispenser. The unit has an electric fireplace, wireless internet and Wifi enabled app based flat screen TV's in the main living space as well as both bedrooms.

It's the perfect getaway for couples or small families seeking a peaceful escape. Relax by our waterfall pond and fire pit, take in the panoramic views, horse farm across the street, explore over 20 nearby wineries (closest vineyard 1 mile), local golf courses (Hemlock Springs-1mile), hiking trails or explore the covered bridges and downtown antique shops. Lake Erie and Geneva on the Lake are only 7 miles North.
