  • The Turmblick holiday apartment is located in the heart of Gengenbach’s historic old town, right on picturesque Engelgasse, and offers a beautiful view of the Niggelturm. Gengenbach is especially magical during Advent: the famous Advent calendar Christmas market, where a window of the historic town hall is illuminated every evening, is within walking distance.



    The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, and all necessary utensils. A small dining area invites you to relax.



    The living room features a flat-screen TV, a large corner sofa with pull-out bed (1.40 m), games, and books. Internet-enabled TVs with Roku sticks provide access to streaming services.

    The buiding is a listed building and is in the most picturesque lane of Gengenbach. The house has 3 flats, two of them are holliday apartments. The main entrance is at a place called " Mercyscher Hof" at easy reach.The apartment "Turmblick" has 67qm and a beautiful view to the very attractive towers of Gengenbach, the "Niggelturm" and the lane "Engelgasse". The flat is in the 1. floor, has a balcony, partly covered and a panoramic sight over the "Mercyschen Hof".The house has been carefully renovated and restaured. An underground parking is available in 100m reach.

    Towels and bed linnen are included.

    Regional cuisine and regional products can be found right outside the front door. Baby crib and high chair is available free of charge on request.

Amazing apartment in the center of historic Gengenbach

Pros: Great location in the heart of town, within walking distance to everything. Apartment is clean, well-equipped with enough space for our family of four.

Zentrale, gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt, die sehr schön ist.

Pros: Die Stadt Gengenbach ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Von hier aus sind auch viele Ausflüge möglich, Konuskarte ist inbegriffen. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. (Bäcker etc.) Cons: Es fehlte ein Brotmesser in der Küche. Teilweise haben wir (nach Ankunft) Besteck gesucht und es dann nach einigem Suchen im Geschirrspüler gefunden. Reinigung der Wohnung - vor Anreise - könnte etwas gründlicher sein.
