"Extremely rude staff. Cannot speak 2 words of English. Automatons working at the front desk whi wanted to charge me ₩21,000 for a missing card."

"The hotel was in a great location, close to BIFF square and within walking distance to lots of different attractions. With it being on the Main Street there was some level of noise from outside but nothing we found disruptive. Only feedback would be the motion sensor light near the door/corridor would turn on everytime we turnt in the night! "

"I could not fault or stay at this hotel. The gym was fantastic. The swimming pool was amazing and we had a superior room which was very large for three of us and beautiful. We had a sea view and really enjoyed the stay. I saw the Expedia reviews when I booked this hotel and was surprised it got a 9.6 but it’s definitely worth that"

"Close to BUS airport via an easy one-stop Metro ride. The room was very comfortable. The entire staff was extremely friendly and the complimentary breakfast was something to look forward to. The hotel shuttle ride back to the airport was seamless. All and all, a great hotel to stay in before or after a long flight. "

"Great alternating breakfast selection daily. Staff was friendly and useful. Room came with all you needed, good water pressure in shower. A/C took a little effort to work but overall good air temperature. "

"Our first time staying at this Busan area, was disappointed with the property (compared to the pictures we saw online). Didn’t know the building was this old, it’s hard to find. (We entered the building and didn't even see signs says the hotel name or where the reception was, obviously it wasn’t on the first floor nor at the front). This looks more like the US apartment type to me. Only thing we appreciate was at least the cleanliness in our room was decent. I’m not sure if all other hotels in the area are similar, I think next time we will just stay at the Haeundae area. "
