"Not far from Disneyland and plenty of room for our party of 7. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfect. For people stating that the fifth bedroom isn’t really a bedroom. It is a room on the first floor and it has a curtain and its own private bath and we found it quiet and peaceful. The rooms were separated on all three floors and four baths was absolutely perfect.. kitchen is nice. The area is gated you can park in the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, although we didn’t cook while we were there.. the only thing that I would say is there’s not enough seating area in the living room room where the TV is for that many bedrooms. It would be nice if they had a larger sectional couch that fit more people.. great communication from owner! I would definitely recommend the townhome. "

"My room was very spacious and clean. I did not encounter any issues with my stay. (4 days) very quiet and breakfast was decent. I was surprised how quiet the area was. Staff was able to check me in and when I needed a bandaid for my mother they gave me extra and ointment and alcohol pads. Hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely coming back "

"We enjoyed our stay! The house was just right for our family. Overall it was clean and well kept. The the host was great. One of the beds nrije our first night there and they quickly replaced it the next day. The only negative for us was it was just a bit farther from our destination than we expected. Because we aren’t familiar with the Anaheim area, we thought we were booking in Fullerton. We didn’t know Placentia was a city near Fullerton and we didn’t receive the address for the property until a few days before our arrival. The address on VRBO is a warehouse in Fullerton. "
