"We just left Sea Garden after a week at the property. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The beach was mostly secluded the entire week we were there. The home is pretty much as advertised and all the beds were very comfortable. The AC in the home worked great. We never had to reach out to the host during our stay, most information we needed was provided prior to our check-in so we just referenced back to that. The mosquitos were annoying, but only at night, and we came prepared for that. Favorite things: location, bedding, view, wrap around porch, grill, privacy. Suggestions: provide kayak's (I understand there have been issues in the past, but have renters sign a liability waiver). Most of our neighbors had access to paddleboards and kayak's and that was the number one thing that could have made our stay even more phenomenal. The kitchen does need some basic amenities such as measuring cups, a crock pot, and casserole dishes. We made do with what was there and regardless of those, I would come back to this home. I would definitely be more inclined to rent from a place in the future that does provide kayak's, paddleboards, etc though. The location and privacy were unbeatable and we had a fantastic time! Would highly recommend."

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite beach house in Exuma, and we cannot recommend it enough. The outside patio area is simply spectacular, featuring a refreshing pool, pristine beach access, a convenient grill for cookouts, a swing to enjoy the ocean breeze, and hammocks, too. The house was well stocked with all things you would need. Tina was quick to respond to any questions we texted her. The double washer/dryer was a real plus, too! It is the perfect combination of luxury and comfort, making for an unforgettable family vacation experience. We can't wait to return!"

Our stay was truly wonderful. The meticulous attention to detail by Michael and Roseann, and the overall experience. "Do yourself a favor and book this immediately! The owners were fantastic, the house was just perfect! The location was perfect for our family. It was secluded but not too far from town, extremely peaceful, the water was calm and absolutely gorgeous. The house was very very nice, clean and the views were amazing. The kids used the kayaks almost daily and there were sandbars to explore and so many different fish and water wildlife to see! This was our first time in Exuma and we had the best stay you could possibly imagine."
