Great stay

The house was very nice and modern. Host was very accommodating and let us check in early, which was very helpful because we have a newborn. And the beach in the back is pure bliss. Highly recommend to families or groups of friends.

Family 2024 Summer Vacay

Property was very nice, excellent location being convenient to airport and George Town. Clean, comfortable beds with water toys and games provided. Ayana the concierge was a tremendous help checking in, obtaining rental vehicles and making reservation with boating/tour companies.

Beautiful Property!

Everything was just as depicted in the photos, with an exceptionally spacious kitchen and a large, comfortable sitting room that provided ample space for everyone. One of the standout features is the remote-controlled screened-in porch with a circular sectional, perfect for relaxation. The only issue we encountered was with the water temperature on one side of the house (affecting three of the bathrooms), which would only stay hot for about a minute before the breaker would trip, causing the water to go cold. Unfortunately, this issue couldn’t be permanently resolved, so unless someone was available to continuously reset the breaker, a cold shower was unavoidable. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. It’s truly one of the best properties in the Exumas!

Seas the day

This was our second time to seas the day! The second was just as perfect as the first! Great location to restaurants and to the grocery stores! The house had everything we needed! Ayana was amazing helped us with question recommendations! She met us at the airport and helped get into the rental car then to took us to the house! She had all the groceries we had asked for stocked in the house when we got there! We love it so much we booked again for next year! It’s BEAUTIFUL, quiet, perfect beach and location!

Always amazing in Exuma

The property is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. When we arrived, the housekeepers were finishing up. I feel like although this is a nicer home than we have stayed in previously, it has been heavily rented and just not maintained as well as others around there. The cabinets and kitchen felt sticky and not well cleaned. The kitchen was not well stocked for our cooking preferences. The pans were old and all the nonstick coating was scratching off. We like to cook a lot, so we may not be your typical renter. We didn’t complain because we were fine. We had an issue with flies getting in a room bc a window wasn’t fully shut and a screen wasn’t properly installed. They were out quickly and did a great job solving that situation. So anything we asked about, they responded to which is all you can ask for. Like I said before, it was a beautiful home. The chef we hired through the house manager 2 nights was fabulous! The boat days we booked through her were also fabulous. We enjoyed the pool, the views, the floats and cornhole! We always love Exuma and this trip in this home was also amazing!

Beautiful Property!

Our group of 16 really enjoyed our stay at this house! The layout of the house felt spacious and cozy at the same time - it enabled us to spend time together as a group, while also ensuring everyone had their own space when needed. The outdoor area is also perfect - we loved that we could see the beach from the pool, and we especially appreciated the little dock area with chairs facing the ocean. The beach is on the smaller side, but it was definitely sufficient. Communication with the hosts was very easy, and they efficiently took care of any minor needs or issues.

Fun time

The location and beauty of the house are incredible. Stunning to walk right in and see the most beautiful blue sea out the back door!! The house needs and deserves more attention. Huge and spacious kitchen but chipped coffee cups, not enough glasses, burnt pot and trash drawer off track and tough to close. Time for new pillows and need place in shower to put soap. Just minor fixes, but consistent attention to detail would make this a 5+ star property. For accuracy, it should also be listed as a low tide beach. Ayana was an amazing concierge, and we surely tested her with our changing plans. Overall an amazing stay.

Fantastic home and getaway-you've found the best on exuma!

Loved every second of our stay here. The home is well equipped, location is excellent and Ayana our concierge went above and beyond to ensure our trip was flawless. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. Thoughtful touches made it feel like home, and the outdoor area is tremendous. This is THE ONE, book before someone else does. We cant wait to come back!

Great Vacation

Great House and Location

Property was great. House is amazing and beach is perfect. Also great communication with Host and Concierge. Only small thing we had an issue with was there was no blender which to us was key when at a location that calls for frozen drinks.

Amazing in Every Way

We could not have asked for a better place for several couples to enjoy the beautiful island. Great location, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with all the things. The house is even better in person. I cannot say enough about working with Island Concierge to book all of the extras for the house. Cannot wait to go back and stay.

The house was a perfect size for 5 adult couples. Living areas (indoor and outdoor), bedrooms and kitchen were perfect sizes for cooking, eating and relaxing. We used the chef a couple nights which worked perfectly for all of us.

Beautiful property in Paradise

This is a beautiful house in an amazing place. The house is clean and comfortable. The private beach and the views of the ocean from the house are just amazing. We love every second on the property . The front yard needed mowed. Tall grass. One of the showers leaked in one of the bathrooms.

Mosquitos were so bad outside and on the patio you couldn’t sit outside at night. Otherwise it is a beautiful home and very comfortable for our family. The home was very accommodating.

Gorgeous home

The home was even more beautiful in person. Very clean. beach was nice. Location was great. Only reason for 4 stars is the power outages that occurred. Wish we had known that was a thing before arrival. Fans could be provided, it would get hot quick. and maybe even some flashlights as some occurred at night.

great vacation home

Seas the Day is a beautiful home....paradise! Very clean and comfortable, great beach access. The only issue was the pool heater was broken so the pool was cold. The property manager did get it fixed but by the time the pool was warm and comfortable, it was time for us to leave. we did get in the pool on the last day but it was still a little chilly. Other than that, a great experience.
