"11/10. Absolutely breathtaking piece of property, and the house is immaculate! Clean, comfortable, stunning! Hummingbirds, tree frogs, and peacocks to watch. We will be returning! Rick and Jodi were fabulous hosts, easily reached anytime we had a question. Can’t beat the location, lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I have never stayed at a more well equipped rental home, you truly don’t need to bring anything with you (with the exception of lots and lots of snacks if you’ve got kids with you! Island prices are high)"

"We loved our stay!! The house is decorated so cute and had all the things (and more) that we would ever need for an island stay. Our daughter has a food allergy, so being able to cook while there was important. The kitchen was clean and had so many different cooking pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, it was perfect. We all agreed the couch, bed and pillows were comfortable. My son he looked at the label of the pillows because he says we need them. The best part is the view! There were several different places to enjoy it was outside and inside. The found live crabs, seashells and all kinds of other things while exploring. Lisa and the property manager were fantastic and very flexible. We will definitely be back."

"Stunning beach front view. Super easy to get to the house from the airport. We loved “Tim’s on the Bay”. Grocery store up the road. Super convenient. Locals are all very kind and easy going. We’ll definitely be back soon. My only recommendation is bring your snorkel gear or inflatable paddle board. The house had a few pool noddles and tubes. That was very nice. Our neighbors left two days before us and gave us a few inflatables as well. So that was nice. The beach chairs are really nice too. Overall we’re very happy with our stay."

"We loved our stay here! Our room was super clean and roomy! The view was beautiful! Front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful as was the entire staff. Boat transfers to the beach club were awesome. The beach club was so much fun. Great location and delicious apps and drinks. Thanks, Andy, for making our day so memorable with our inflatable, food, drinks, kayaking, and island information! You can actually walk or Kayak to Chat N Chill and The Snappy Turtle! There’s also another beach club next door you can check out and we rented a boat from Minns right across the street, which took us to the most beautiful sandbars, turquoise waters, Chat n Chill, and The Coconut Club bar which had great, vacation vibes. There is a quaint little coffee shop right across the street that we visited. Peace and plenty location is amazing because the straw market is right next-door as well as boutique across the street and only a very short walk to the grocery store and liquor store. We went to the fish fry on Friday and tried out a few different spots. We also enjoyed scrumptious food at the hotel restaurant! Loved the steel drum band Friday evening! Great Exumas is gorgeous! Thank you Peace and Plenty for an h forgettable anniversary/birthday celebration!"

"Villa Stella Marina is paradise - there's plenty of room for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen, games, books, pool toys/floats, beach chairs, kayaks/paddle boards, plenty of towels, 2 washers/dryers, a sparkling pool and the most beautiful views of the incredible beach. We were even lucky enough to have a sea turtle swim up to us right in front of the house. There were hummingbirds in the gorgeous flowers in front of the house, we found tons of shells including queen conch, and saw lots of birds including herrons. We've never been more relaxed on a vacation. Thank you Jacquelyn for being such a wonderful host."

"I have just returned from Jack’s Island House with 10 college friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. The house was perfect for us! The large screen porch was wonderful for hanging out on, and for the night we had a chef come in. The plunge pool was an amazing way for us to relax at the end of the day. The house was equipped with everything we needed including kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling equipment. We loved floating to the sandbar, snorkeling under the dock and absorbing all of the beauty. We can’t wait to book our next trip!"

"Ms. Flowers was so just sweet host and manager! Ryan was so helpful and even drove us to the airport last minute! Everyone was so cool including Jason the Bartender. The dinner was so fun because the music was awesome and it was right on the water. Great vibes! Recommended to everyone our friend had his yacht on the slip at the marina there. Perfect location! Great room! Thank you all!"

"Jack, the host, is very welcoming and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay near Georgetown. Very nice to have kayaks and beach stuff to enjoy the beautiful beaches on this island. 4 adults and 2 teens stayed comfortably. They provide a robe so you can enjoy the outdoor shower. Grocery is about 15 min away but I do recommend having Kay get groceries before you arrive. Helps to have some food before you go into town. I recommend using FB group 'Exuma Bahamas-Where to stay/what to do by Bahama bound vacation rentals'. Lots of good info also found a local that gave us good information on a reef so we could snorkel, he even met us there and helped guide us. Definitely recommend."
