"Front desk clerk was very pleasant. The bed was very comfy , area felt safe , close to multiple dining and shopping places "

"The hotel is going through renovations so bare with the limited availability. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom could use a bit more attention too but overall very nice. The breakfast was lacking but Cracker Barrel is right around the corner. Will have to travel some to find restaurants and shopping. Didn’t get to see the pool so I don’t know if it was available. No microwave in room. Does come with a refrigerator. Employees were friendly and nice. "

"The hotel was so clean and the staff was excellent. I enjoyed the fitness center. Everything was just so great! The breakfast was really wonderful and we were so happy with our stay."

"The gal at the front desk was great; very friendly and helpful! The pool area was nice to sit in and unwind from a long drive. All other aspects of our stay weren't so great - but we got what we paid for as we arrived late and needed to leave early in the morning. Allergies were running rampant in our room, the doors closed so loudly and our shower curtain seemed to have some dried blood on it....ick. There are plenty of other places to stay in Joplin."
