Area that the hotel is located was nice and convenient. However, service from the staff could have been better. When we got back to our room from being gone most of the day, it had not been serviced by housekeeping. So, I had to call the desk for assistance. The side entrance door access pad wasn’t working, which was an inconvenience for my Mom who has some physical challenges. Also, the universal remotes used for the TV do not work properly.

The air conditioner was not working properly they’re having problems with it so the rooms were not cool enough.. The worst breakfast ever;!! This place was not worth $100, I felt I should get some of it back because of the Air conditioning was not working properly, there was no breakfast to be had I’ve been in better places for less price

Overall, I enjoyed our stay. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The room was pretty clean. My one complaint would be that after our first night, house keeping did not come to our room. So, when we returned from being out all day, I had to go request fresh towels.

We didn’t stay. We arrived and was told that the hotel was overbooked and there wasn’t a room for us. We were turned away. Confirmation number or having room booked for close to 2 months didn’t matter.

Hotel Nightmare!
Before arrival, tried to contact the hotel directly, but the phones were not working. Upon arrival I was told they had been out two weeks. Very slow service, and understaffed. When we returned to our hotel after the rehearsal dinner party our keys did not work so we had to go back down stairs and reactivate them. There was not 24 7 Coffee bar, so no late coffee. Our sheets were full of human and pet hair. We had to go back down stairs and ask for new sheets. The water pressure in the lavatory was very low. The Tub Shower had rust around the drain and faucets. Several of our family members had not AC working in their rooms for both nigh stays. Others in our Wedding group arrived and were told they did not have a reservation even though they booked it 2 months ago. This is by far the worst Hotel we have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy!

The sheets were dirty, the toilet stained, the curtains with holes in them and there is a chance there were bedbugs, but we cannot confirm the last part as we didnt directly see them, just bug bites

There was nothing to like about this hotel. This hotel rivaled the motel 6 motels. It was not clean. Stains in the toilet. Ceiling and wall peeling in the shower. The ac was not working. We set the thermostat at 60 and the ac never came on. The lighting was terrible. The tv had a direct tv remote that did not work after calling the front desk the person said that they no longer have DIRECTV and they changed to spectrum. He said you had to manually change the channel with the TV. If we had known this we would not have stayed in this rundown terrible hotel.

Location is nice.
Our family enjoyed the one night we stayed here, the room was spacious to fit all 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids. The beds were comfortable but the sofa bed not so much. We had everything we would need but the pump on the shower gel was broke when we got there so we were not able to use it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is served daily from 7-10 am, i enjoyed the coffee alot, everything else was ok. I would stay here again.

The air conditioner didn’t work. It was hot, humid, uncomfortable. I would have asked to switch rooms but my friends were OK with it. Even the fan wouldn’t work. Room was clean, breakfast was great but I will not stay there again.

Ac didn't work. Moved us to another room and ac stopped working in the middle of the night so we moved back to other room where it was cooler. Fridge didn't work and remote to tv didn't work. Then they charged us for 2 rooms because we moved back to the first room because of AC issues..manager had a rude attitude. Carpets made your get black. It was disgusting. Would never stay here again. Even the hallway was hot and muggy..

We had a nice stay after the reservation errors were corrected. We booked a room with a king bed and when we arrived we were put in a room with two smaller beds. The gentleman working that evening was very helpful in getting the issue resolved.

LOVED the pool! Room was clean and comfy..... NO towels for the pool, only 3 towels in room for 5. Towels in room were folded nicely but were damp. Lighting in stairwell was out in on floor, access to the side entrance where we parked for ease was not working, access to parking by pool was not accessible.. both doors and lighting were reported to front desk staff stated they were suppose to fix them already but... Nobody wore mask but yet the breakfast had to be served by a hostess who was wearing her mask down past her chin?? We are vaccinated and did take precautions just odd??
