"Welcoming staff that let you in on the local Hotspots. Michelle with management was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of parking with so much to do like shopping on the property. Warm and inviting decor that invites you to step back in time and appreciate all the historic value they have to offer. Reindeers on the property! Sasquatch too. Movies, pool table, bocce ball, fire pits, and the World. Don't forget ice cream every night for such a wonderful experience. "

"We rented the whole house while in Fairbanks. We had 7 people stay so we were able to have our own space while there! Tera had everything you could need while there: water, snacks, local coffee! We loved staying on the river and being able to sit outside in the evenings! She was very prompt at responding to any questions I had or anything we needed! I highly recommend staying!"
