"Be careful which part of the property you stay in. I can’t speak to the other parts but construction on the slide/pool was on one side of my room and I was close to the working pool on the other side. The room does not keep sound out whatsoever. The room had someone else’s little black hair all over the bathroom and dirt/dust was over a lot of surfaces. Beds are horrible to sleep on longer than 1 night. I didn’t have the best stay between the noise, cat poop smell walking out to the beach and them scaring me when they got on different floors and the sore back from the bed. There was only 1 good working elevator and I got stuck in one of the others. I took the stairs after that. The pools seemed to be nice the ones that were open and the outside amenities were nice like the tiki bar and the fire tables. Lastly I didn’t like how pushy they were about going to the timeshare events. I’m not sure I’ll stay at this hotel again. "

"Its a nice resort my only complaint was the morning after checkin a guy was right outside our room using a drill in the wall which woke us up at 7am and we had a service dog with us who was spooked by the sound but then outside our balcony door by the pool at 8am was two maintenance guys using leaf blowers and weed eaters so we could not get any sleep due to all the noise i did bring this to the attention of front desk and they did offer us 2 free nights on them which was more then fair to me we did however enjoy our room it was clean for the most part we did notice paint missing from diff spots on the walls and door and we noticed a broken spot on the frame of the mirror in the bathroom but over all it was a nice place they have a big indoor water park for kids with slides and a lazy river and hot tub which we didn't get to use due to all the activities we had planned with our son also at check in they charge you an amenities fee of $100 which is not on the website you won't know about it until you arrive on site i think things like that should be posted on the website or told about it when booking that way folks can plan accordingly "

"Room was ok but in front of construction with noise They could have put us in a room away from construction they told us that is the room we got through Expedia Air condition heating very noisy smelly had to close it could not sleep Drinking water terrible taste Low selection very average breakfast Do not recommend this hotel The building they sent is to is behind a busy street not on the beach"
