About this property

Georgetown Ranch Rental - Great For Families & Golfers!

  • This is a newly-built ranch bungalow with a fully-finished lower level. There are four bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with jets tub), an open concept kitchen/living/dining area upstairs, and a TV room on the lower level. All appliances are relatively new and in full working order. Guests are welcome to use the washer/dryer on the lower level. There is a 10' x 12' deck off the dining area with a propane BBQ. The backyard is fully fenced-in, and the whole property is definitely pet friendly. Lots of wood floors and furnishings with an "Old West" theme in the upper level.
