Welcome to your perfect mountain escape. This cozy home is nestled along Clear Creek on a quiet street, making it perfect for couples, small families, or anyone seeking a calm and comfortable stay. Enjoy the best of both worlds: nature at your doorstep and small-town charm just a short walk away. Scenic hikes, fishing, skiing, camping and more nearby makes this an ideal base for year-round adventures. Enjoy a peaceful, adventure-filled retreat and create lasting memories in every season. This home offers 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and sleeps up to 4 people. In addition to the bedroom there is hide-a-bed in the living room that may accommodate an adult couple or children comfortably. The back patio is yours to enjoy with an outdoor fire pit and seating that overlooks the creek. Indoors there is TV, WIFI, and board games as well. This home is family friendly and pet friendly-The kitchen countertop was handcrafted using Mica sourced from nearby mind giving it a subtle natural shimmer and a unique local touch. The bathroom was custom designed and finished in epoxy includes radiant floor heating to keep things comfortable, especially on the colder mornings
