"My stay at the Grand Coastal was very convenient and relaxing. From the check in and checkout process there was no hassle. The staff made sure to check in with us when we were leaving and coming back to the hotel to make sure we were safe. The room was beautiful and very cleanly. I would definitely stay here again. "

Don’t wanna do they jobs and don’t have enough of anything from blankets, towels, wash towels, pool towel nothing was stock to provide enough to booked staff let allow pedestrians paying for pool access but can’t get a towel is unacceptable and ridiculous. Worst experience at an hotel. No ice machines work but her third floor was ridiculous. Food making people sick. Pool closed too early and Casino is not 24 hour is outrageous at least you could provide that as a key amenities cause everything is unstructured and unprofessional. Security and armed staff yet people get robbed smh…I am gonna need RAMADA/ PRINCESS TO DO BETTER!!!!!! Especially for the nightly rate. "
