"The room was nice and clean, the bin was broken and the bedding could have been thicker. We ate in the restaurant which was nice but the bar staff wasn’t very interested in his job. We were ignored for a while as he looked at his phone and chatted to another man. The waiter and food were both good. The reception staff were lovely and the breakfast delicious and varied. The hotel was very pretty with lots of decorations. I didn’t use the spa as it was men’s time but my husband did. It’s a shame there wasn’t a time we could use the pool area and swim together. "

"Deniz is a one of the best hosts you could ever have. The property is immaculate, and perfectly located, but what is the best about it is how much she genuinely cares about her guests. Lovely conversations and a wonderful spirit. Truly an exceptional place to stay."

"This hotel is easy walking distance to the main shops and transportation to Ani, as well as the Kars Castle and the train station. It also had surprisingly fast wifi, and a nice breakfast spread! The staff doesn't speak much (if any) English, and people were smoking in the main lobby (and rooms), but all in all I enjoyed my stay. "
