Stylish and very modern holiday rental in Georgsmarienhütte for short- or long-term stays. Welcome to our newly furnished 36 m² holiday rental. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-family home with a separate entrance. The house was built in 1957 and was renovated just last year, bringing it up to current, modern standards. It is a smoke-free home. Guests are welcome to use the garden. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The 36 square metres consist of a stylish living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a two-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill function, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and more. Supplies such as dishwasher tabs and kitchen towels are also provided. There is a cosy sitting area featuring club chairs with footrests and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is, of course, available in the holiday rental. The house also has its own parking space. You can book bed linens and towels for an additional fee. Our welcoming holiday rental is located in the Osnabrück region, between Hagen a.T.W. and Osnabrück. Nearby Osnabrück offers many exciting and interesting attractions. For example, the historic old town, a unique zoo, the Industrie-Nussbaum-Dom Museum, and much more. In addition, our apartment is located relatively centrally in the Holzhausen area. It’s also not far to the swimming pool or the nearby forest for walks (Terra Vita), both of which can be reached within a few minutes.
