Chalet Prestige du Lac, 14p vue Lac, spa et Sauna

Enjoy a brand-new, luxury chalet with a magnificent panoramic view of Lake Gérardmer and the mountains. Located in the hills of Les Xettes, the Chalet Prestige du Lac can accommodate up to 14 people and features a covered outdoor spa and a private sauna.

In the summer, enjoy the lake, hiking, mountain biking, and water sports. In the winter, head to the ski slopes in Gérardmer and the surrounding area. 





Living Area The ground floor features a spacious, bright, and inviting living area that combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

The open, modern, and fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for the entire group. It features two raclette machines, two fondue sets, as well as Nespresso and drip coffee makers.

The large dining table comfortably seats all guests for meals.

The living room offers a pleasant space to gather and relax after a day in the mountains.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with light and open it up to the terrace.

The bedrooms

The 5 bedrooms are located on the garden level.

The first bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm double bed and two 90 cm single bunk beds.

The second bedroom has four 90 cm single bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers.

The other three bedrooms each feature a 140-cm double bed.





The bathrooms

The Chalet Prestige du Lac has 4 bathrooms and shower rooms spread across two levels.

On the ground floor, a shower room is connected to the wellness area.

On the garden level, three shower rooms round out the amenities.

Several separate bathrooms are also available.





The spa and sauna

The wellness area is located on the ground floor.

The covered outdoor spa is accessible directly from the shower room and allows you to enjoy a pleasant moment of relaxation in any season.

The private sauna rounds out these amenities.

After a day on the trails or slopes, take advantage of this space to relax before joining the other guests in the living area.

The Terrace

A large wooden terrace extends the living area.

It features outdoor furniture and lounge chairs to enjoy sunny days, as well as a barbecue for hosting al fresco meals.

Its elevated location offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of Lake Gérardmer and the surrounding mountains.

A cot and a high chair are available for your little ones.

There is parking for 5 cars in the courtyard.

A washing machine is at your disposal.

Utilities are included in the rate. Please use energy sparingly.

To offer you the best possible rate for your stay, linens are provided as an optional extra.

The flat rate is €30 per double bed and €15 per single bed. It includes beds made before your arrival, bath towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels.

This amount covers only laundry costs; we do not add any markup.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Please take out your trash before you leave (instructions and a map are in the welcome booklet). Otherwise, a flat fee of 30 € will be charged for trash removal.

Parties, hen nights, and stag nights are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of the neighbors.

Pets are not allowed.



To ensure everyone’s peace of mind, a €1,500 security deposit is required for your stay (a credit card authorisation will be automatically processed by our software the day before your arrival or via bank transfer, and will be refunded after the cleaning team has completed their work at the end of your stay).
