The chalet is brand-new: we’ve placed special emphasis on your well-being and health. You’ll experience unparalleled comfort thanks to excellent insulation (using natural materials), underfloor heating, and the thoughtful selection of eco-friendly materials. The dual-flow ventilation system will ensure excellent indoor air quality—especially appreciated during this time!

The 150 m² chalet features a large entryway (which serves as a ski room in winter), 4 bedrooms with new, high-quality bedding, 3 bathrooms with showers, 3 toilets (including 1 separate one), a fully equipped kitchen with an additional central island, and a living room with a dining table.

Two of the bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a travel cot (upon request).

Across from the kitchen, you’ll also find a cosy space—our “cocktail corner”—where you’ll make your best memories!

Upstairs, in a wood-paneled setting, a loft with a large TV, a video game console, and children’s games is at your disposal.

A sauna is also available for your use!

The all-wood deck lets you take in the view of the valley while enjoying your summer meals (barbecue in the garden).

The chalet is ideally located in the heart of nature yet just 5 minutes from city centre Gérardmer, in a quiet setting near the forest and at the foot of hiking, running, and mountain biking trails.

- Bas-Rupts cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing, hiking, running, mountain biking: accessible on foot (1 minute)
- Ski equipment rental: 3 minutes
- Electric scooter rental: 3 minutes
- Lake Gérardmer: 5 minutes
- La Mauselaine ski area: 5 minutes
- Sports centre (swimming pool, ice rink, bowling alley): 6 minutes

Please be respectful of the property and leave it as clean as you found it.
Optional rental of sheets and towels: €15 per set for a king-size bed and €12 per set for a twin bed. 8 euros per person for bath towels. All our mattresses and pillows are equipped with protective covers.

Snow gear recommended in winter / The public road leading to the chalet is ploughed twice a day by city services.
