  • Neues Ferienhaus aus Holz, mit moderner Einrichtung und Komfort. Eine herrliche Terasse mit Markise ladet im Sommer zum draußensitzen ein. Drei Doppelzimmermit großen Betten und ein sehr großes Schlafzimmer mit vier Etagenbetten. Es gibt viele Spiele für jedes Alter. Das ebenerdige Schlafzimmer ist ideal geeignet für ältere Menschen. Es gibt eine Sauna für 4 Personen mit eigener Dusche. Im Garten haben wir einen Elektrogrill sowie einen Kugel Kohlegrill, sowie Liegestühle verschiedener Art.

Beautiful house

Very nice spaceous house. Everything is done into perfection. Nice big living room with fire place. Kitchen with everything you need. Sauna is big and we enjoyed it very much. Nice big bedrooms. Almost every bedroom has it's own bathroom. Big bed/playroom with toys for the kids. Short walk (15 mn) to bakery. Short walk and you are in the woods with nice walking paths. Surroundings and views are beautiful. The house has everything you need and more. We highly recommend it!

Erstklassiger Ort für Familien und Freunde

Wir waren zu Neunt als Familie in diesem wunderbaren grosszügigen, modernen, sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit gemeinsam, haben zusammen gekocht, die Sauna ausgiebig genossen und sind direkt vom Haus aus gewandert. Herrlich, die Gegend, der Wald und sehr ruhig das Haus gelegen. Nous avons passé qqes jours à Noël avec ma famille dans cette superbe maison où tout est parfait. Nous n’avons rien à redire. Elle est grande, propre, chaleureuse et les propriétaires très agréables et aux petits soins : ils nous avaient préparé un sapin décoré, quelle gentille attention ! Je recommande !!

Perfekte Auszeit

Wir haben uns von Anfang an total wohl gefühlt. Es war in einer ruhigen Gegend mit traumhaften Ausblick von der Terrasse. Das ganze Haus macht einen klasse Eindruck und auch an Ausstattung und vor allem Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Die Kommunikation war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit bei offenen Fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es sehr empfehlen. Ein absolutes Highlight war natürlich die Sauna mit perfektem Ausblick auf die Berglandschaft. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

wunderschönes neues Ferienhaus. Tolle Lage und sehr gute Ausstattung.

Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr großzügig. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Lage. Viele Aktivitäten möglich wandern, Rad fahren , baden . Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vielen Dank Thomas und Familie für die tolle Zeit in Geradmer! Gerne empfehlen wir das Haus an Freunde und Familie und kommen auch selbst gerne wieder! Wir wurden sehr herzlich und informativ empfangen. Das Haus hat alles was man sich für einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt wünschen kann. Neben der Sauna hat uns vor allem die große Terrasse und der sehr schön und großzügig gestaltete Wohn/Essbereich gefallen. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Der Abstellraum vor dem Haus war für unsere Fahrräder und Kinderwägen perfekt und bietet im Winter sicher viel Platz für Ski-Material. Auch für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kinder gab es alles was man braucht einen Hochstuhl, Kinderbett usw.. Zusätzlich gibt es für ältere Kinder ein wahres Spieleparadies im großen Kinderzimmer im ersten Stock. Vielen lieben Dank und vielleicht bis bald. Merci beaucoup à Thomas et à sa famille pour le bon moment passé à Geradmer ! Nous recommandons volontiers la maison à nos amis et à notre famille et nous reviendrons volontiers nous-mêmes ! Nous avons été accueillis de manière très chaleureuse et informative. La maison a tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter pour un séjour agréable et détendu. Outre le sauna, nous avons surtout apprécié la grande terrasse et le salon/salle à manger très joliment et généreusement aménagé. Les chambres à coucher sont toutes très bien aménagées et on s'y sent directement à l'aise. Le débarras devant la maison était parfait pour nos vélos et nos poussettes et offre certainement beaucoup de place pour le matériel de ski en hiver. Même pour un séjour avec de jeunes enfants, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait - chaise haute, lit d'enfant, etc. De plus, pour les enfants plus âgés, il y a un véritable paradis de jeux dans la grande chambre d'enfants au premier étage.

Un séjour impeccable ! Je recommande

5 jours passés dans la maison de Thomas à l'occasion du we de l'Ascension. L'emplacement est parfait ; très belle vue, très calme, les voisins sont plutôt sympathiques et peu nombreux. La rue est une impasse donc pas du tout passante. Le propriétaire est très flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée, comme de départ si cela est possible. La maison, neuve, est très propre. Les matériaux utilisés sont de très belle qualité. Nous étions 2 familles de 5 personnes, avec des enfants en bas âge (2 à 8 ans). La chambre familiale (dortoir) est parfaite pour 4 à 6 enfants : 4 lits superposés + 2 si nécessaire. C'est finalement une grande salle de jeux avec TV et magnétoscope + quelques cassettes Disney à disposition, quelques livres/BD La literie est très bonne, les oreillers sont de différentes matières (mémoire de forme rectangulaire, classique carré), couettes chaudes, toutes les serviettes / torchons nécessaires au séjour pour les salles de bain et le sauna. Tout le nécessaire à disposition dans la cuisine (différents, robots, kitchenaid, party crêpes, raclette, et des produits comme sel/poivre/sauce tomate/herbes/huiles etc au cas où on ait oublié quelque chose. Notre séjour a été parfait. Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil ! A recommander sans hésiter !

Magnifique ! Parfait !

Excellent séjour dans cette maison parfaite, tellement agréable, avec une décoration magnifique ! La vue est à couper le souffle, petit déjeuner avec le lever de soleil entre les montagnes c’était magique ! La maison est très bien agencée, très bien équipée, il y’a tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus ! Le sauna était très appréciable après une journée sur les pistes, le sauna avec une vue superbe ! La literie est très confortable, on dort comme sur un nuage ! Les salles de bains sont spacieuses et bien pensées. En plus il y en a 3, c’était très pratique pour notre groupe. La cuisine aussi est également géniale, très bien conçue, avec des équipements de qualité. Tout notre groupe a adoré séjourner à la Renouée, les ados on apprécier leur chambre avec vue, les adultes le café sur la terrasse, et Rubie le chien a découvert avec joie les siestes devant le poêle à bois… sans oublier les ballades en forêt dès la sortie de la maison ! On a même croiser des biches ! On souligne également l’accueil très chaleureux de Thomas, qui nous a fait nous sentir tout de suite comme chez nous ! Vraiment merci pour tout, nous reviendrons c’est certain !!
