Welcome to our 70 m² apartment, rated 2 stars, ideally located in the heart of Gérardmer, on the 3rd and top floor of a quiet building without an lift, located next to the church. Everything is within walking distance: the lake, restaurants, shops, the local market… 🛏️ The apartment 🛏️ Fully equipped and tastefully decorated, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people: 🛌 2 bedrooms: both with a double bed (140*190cm). 🛋️ Bright living room with a sofa bed (160*190cm). 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Dolce Gusto coffee makers, kettle, complete set of dishes, raclette grill, fondue set, crepe maker, toaster, sandwich maker, toaster… 🚿 Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. 🚽 Separate toilet. 📶 Free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV. We provide a high chair and a travel cot. ☀️ Apartment Highlights: Central location: everything within walking distance! 200m from the town centre, 50m from the free shuttles to the ski resort, 800m from the lake. Easy parking nearby. Unobstructed view from the top floor. Bright, airy apartment. A secure, lockable communal storage room is available for storing skis, bicycles, strollers, and other equipment. Several car parks are located around the apartment. ⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION – OPTIONS (Please specify your preferences during our correspondence) ➡️ You can either choose the cleaning option or clean yourself. • If you choose the cleaning option, the cost is €60, payable on the day of your arrival. • If you clean yourself, the apartment must be left clean. ➡️ Bed linens and towels are not included in your stay. You have the option of bringing your own linens or reserving them for an additional fee: • Bed linen: €30 per bed • Towels: €10 per person (large towel, small towel, and flannel). Don't forget to bring your tea towels. A security deposit of €250 will be required upon arrival. It will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory check-out inspection.
