"Hotel needs renovation in public spaces the tiles are from the 60” in hallway to the pool and exercise room. The carpet need to be update in the lobby. The floor in bathroom bathrooms. Need replacement. Same in the dining room area."

The hotel’s excellent location and convenient onsite garage were an added bonus. We’re already looking forward to staying at Carmella again the next time we’re in Haifa."

"The hotel is nice & cozy & located close to center. Room is fine, a bit small but enough for a couple. The bed, sheets. Pillows & towels are wonderful. Staff is also very helpful and in the lobby there’s a room with snacks, wine and hot beverage. All in all recommended. I would have liked more amnesties in the room, though."
