Nice location and a decent hotel. A few things could be improved. The food is really not good and it is repetitive. My biggest complaint is the pool chairs. Not enough in the shade and they are all reserved but not occupied. If you don’t get up early and claim a chair, you are out of luck. Hotel really needs to change their policy to prevent this. Also the clunky process to get a pool towel and pay a 10 euro deposit is insulting and unnecessary

Really lovely staff, they were incredibly friendly and helpful with any of our needs. The artwork around the hotel is a particularly cute touch. The area is central with easy access to the beach and nearby cafes, as well as the Maronite Church. Overall, an amazing stay; we would be back in a heartbeat!

If it was possible to give more than 10, I would. This place is definitely worth every penny we spent. 1. Beautiful place, clean and tidy, delicious food in a variety. 2. The dinner restaurants are excellent with a variety of delicious cuisines and styles. 3. All inclusive was excellent. Plenty of varied food throughout the day. Drinks/spicy drinks and more full of surprises and in abundance. 4. And the most important thing is the staff of the hotel. Receptionists are kind and helped us with every passenger (even finding alternative flights and canceling flights) 5. The reception manager Maria was wonderful and kind and upgraded us and took care of our late departure (our flight was early in the morning). We will definitely return to this hotel again.
