The property is outside of touristic area. If you are looking for local life and want to see real culture, this is perfect place to go. The staffs were very friendly. Food was delicious. Pool was out crowded by local touristic families. The view is nice and surrounded by mountains.

14.10.2023 Cumartesi gĂŒnĂŒ giriƟ olacak Ɵekilde otele gittik 601 numaralı oda verildi temiz dendi , keƟke pis olsaydı . odanın kapısını açtığımızda içeride eƟyalar vardı tv açıktı ve kart takılıydı. odanın dolu oldugunu anlayıp lobiye geri döndĂŒk resepcion ile görĂŒĆŸtĂŒk odanın boƟ oldugunu dolu olamayacagını söylediler , Allahtan oda sahibi Ɵikayete geldi anladılar sonra durumu. 621 numaralı odamız boƟ dendi bu sefer oraya geçtik orasıda pis çıktı , Odalardaki yataklar rahatsız , biz memnun kalmadık yemekleride çok kötĂŒydĂŒ sıcak yemek bulamadık ekmek salata soğuk çorba ile karnımızı doyurduk. sabahta erkenden ayrıldık otelden. Benim için kötĂŒ bi tatilde hiç memnun kalmadım

Otelin genel olarak imkanları gĂŒzel akƟam eğlenceleri yiyecek ve içecekler gayet baƟarılı ama temizlik konusunda verilebilecek tek puan 0dır. 4 gĂŒn orada kaldık odamız temizlenmedi çarƟaflar havlular değiƟmedi biz söyleyince değiƟtirdiler. Banyo ve tuvalet kısımları oldukça bakımsız ve eski zor banyo yapıyorsunuz.

Otel genel olarak fiyat performans oteli. Beklentilerinizin çoğuna karĆŸÄ±lık veriyor. ÇalÄ±ĆŸanlar nazik ve saygılılılar. Temizlik ve hijyen konusunda da iyi. Biz gittiğimizde kalabalık bir döneme denk geldi. Resepsiyon giriƟ çıkÄ±ĆŸları organize edemediler. Birçok mĂŒĆŸteri giriƟ için beklemek zorunda kaldı. Bu aksaklığı da yoğunluğa bağladılar. Daha organize olmalılar.

Termal suyu olan ve doga dostu bir tesis ,aile odalari genis ve rahat ama havalandirma sorunu mevcut,klima calistiginda odada koku oluyor,sigara icilmesi yasak sanirim ama oda sigara kokuyordu,yemekler temiz ama kaliteli degil,alkol yok,acik havuz doganin icinde olmasina ragmen muzik yuzunden cok gurultulu ve yeterli golgelik alan ve sezlong yok,kapali havuz bostu ama termal havuz guzeldi,personel ilgili ama otel genelinde bir bosvermislik var,koridorlardaki isiklar yer yer yanmiyor ve karanlikta gidiyorsunuz.
