"Good place for the money. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the service was good and loved the adult only pool from 10pm to midnight. I am giving them a 3 star rating because they have throw blankets on the bed that are to short to cover more than 2 person. Breakfast selection is also not good. "

"I still consider this a 5 star stay but there are some things I think would be helpful for future guests. 1) There is no place to put anything. No dressers, nor usable closets, no space in the bathroom for anything. You will live out of your suitcase and because there is no room for that either, you will have to get everything put away each time you use it. 2) similar to the above, because the kitchen is well stocked with basic essentials, there is nowhere to put food away. We stayed a full week and either had to store things in the fridge (which is large and very clean) or on the counter. So we had no counter space to work with all week.3) it was very hard to find the property. Our GPS apps did not understand where this was. What would have been very helpful to know is that they have a Totem pole (best description I can offer) at the end of the driveway so look for that. 4) The shower is small. I’m talking tiny. You can’t put your hands over your head or turn around in this thing. Ladies if you want to shave your legs on vacation, think again!Other than those things, this is a nice little cabin. It’s just small so be prepared. Staying a week with 3 adults and a 12 year old was tough. But it’s very clean, well stocked with basics. The porch is lovely, as is the dock. The host was very responsive and the area is quiet but not too isolated. "

"Beautiful view of the lake and nice swimming area. Good dock and pontoon lift available to use. It’s a good fishing lake and pontoons can be rented locally for reasonable rates. Well appointed home and very clean. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of games and books for kids and adults. The host is very pleasant and is available to answer any questions quickly. The was our fourth stay and are planning to return next year."

"Loved the contactless check-in…really streamlined the process. Older but well kept and convenient to the highway without being noisy. Our room and bathroom were tight but had everything we needed and were comfy. We couldn’t get the WiFi to connect but we were ready to head to bed so I did what I needed using my mobile service. "

"Awesome cabin in the woods! Pet friendly and clean. Centrally located - within an hour drive to places like Grand Marais, Munising and Fayette Historic Park. Would definitely recommend this cabin!"
