"Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...

"the fact that the Bergbahnen tickets were included, and also the termal spa made this a good deal. Hotel is clean and well maintained We hade an apartment for the family. Think that breakfast should have been included Can absolutely recommend it"

"It was quiet ,the food was good ,the receptionists were nice, the pool was good and the beds were comfy "

"The apartment was very clean and large. With up to 6 personer being able to stay there. Two bathrooms was excellent. With a trampoline and a pool just outside made a large positive difference for the youngest kids. The pool was maintained daily and nicely clean. Also very convenient to have a pizzaria/restaurant right below the apartment. Very nice staff. Considering the price, I highly recommend this place. "
