About this property

Luxury Studio Apartment with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The studio apartment located in DHH-Gersthofen offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 40 m² accommodation consists of a living room/bedroom/fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people. A third person can sleep on an electrically inflatable air bed. The apartment has a separate entrance in the basement. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), a Smart TV, air conditioning, a wood-burning stove and a washing machine and tumble dryer, which are located in the house and can be used on request for a small fee.

This one-bedroom apartment has an outdoor area with a covered terrace and a barbecue. You can also use a communal garden and an outdoor shower.



Public transportation is within walking distance and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



Free parking is available on the street.

A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

A studio apartment with so many extras.Looking out on to a beautiful garden. A small pool with fabulous pool toys..Everything in this space has been so well designed and is top quality.In the basement laundry facilities and even a sauna!Also, dog friendly which was important for us.Irina and Dominic were both very friendly and good communicators.To be recommended for both short and longer term rentals.Shops and bakeries are within walking distance.

Pros: Superschönes Studio. Mit Hund ideal, da der Garten bzw. das Grundstück komplett „eingezäunt“ ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Kommunikation einwandfrei.
