Chambre propre mais salle de bain dont se dégage une odeur nauséabonde d’égout de la baignoire,pire et qui « embaume « la chambre. Petit déjeuner convenable mais je cite « une seule viennoiserie par personne! » Dommage car la personne a l’accueil Anastasia était très agréable.

Accueil chaleureux et avec le sourire ! La réceptionniste m'a attribué une chambre PMR en me voyant en fauteuil roulant. Merci. La chambre est propre, la literie est très confortable et la salle de bain est très bien aménagée PMR. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Y'en a pour tous les goûts.

Quelques contrariétés

J'ai passé 3 nuits à l'hôtel Kyriad de Gerzat (63) et à 3 reprises je n'ai pu rentrer dans ma chambre en raison du dysfonctionnement du boîtier à code permettant l'ouverture de la porte. Le personnel a été compétent mais la première fois je suis tout de même restée 35 mn dans le couloir avant que le personnel réussisse à venir à bout du problème.
