I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut. The property was unique clean and good fun to stay in. We cooked dinner and were amazed by the dishwasher. The views from the main room and dining area were beautiful. Easy check in and out"
