Escape to the serene beauty of Gozo in our contemporary semi-detached villa built inside an 18th-century fortress which now serves as an exclusive gated community. Indulge in a private Jacuzzi and outdoor dining on the south-facing patio, and take a dip in the extensive communal pools amid landscaped tropical grounds. The modern interior boasts a full kitchen, dishwasher, A/C, Smart TV, and WiFi. Perfectly situated, just a 2-minute drive from the Gozo ferry port and bustling harbour restaurants.

06/09/2025 – Communal Pool Notice
Please note that the complex administrator has advised us the main communal pool will be closed for essential maintenance during January and February 2026. This period is the coldest part of winter in Malta and Gozo, when swimming would not normally be expected, as the water is very cold. The administrator manages all communal pools and may occasionally close them when required for maintenance or safety reasons. The private hot tub of the villa will remain unaffected and will continue to be available during this period.

IMPORTANT: TOURIST ECO-TAX UPDATE (JULY 2026)

Please note that the Government of Malta has increased the mandatory Environmental Contribution (Eco-Tourist Tax) for all stays starting on or after July 1, 2026.

New Rate: €1.50 per adult (18+) per night
New Cap: Maximum €22.50 per adult per stay

For bookings made prior to July 1, 2026, for stays occurring on or after this date, the system may not automatically apply the updated government rate at the time of booking. In such cases, any difference between the previous rate (€0.50) and the new legal rate (€1.50) must be settled separately before or upon arrival.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that the applicable tax is determined by the rate in effect during your stay, regardless of the booking date.

Der Pool ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig und auch die Öffnungszeiten könnten erweitert werden. Aber die Villa selbst war super schön und auch die ganze Anlage ein Traum. Empfehle ich guten Gewissens weiter.
