"This hotel continues to evolve and somehow gets even better with every stay. Since my last visit, they’ve refurbished the gym and added filtered water and coffee machines to the rooms, showing a genuine commitment to continually improving the guest experience.
What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the consistently exceptional customer service across every department. I’ve stayed here several times now and genuinely can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Malta. Whether you’re travelling for business or leisure, the location is ideal and the experience is second to none.
The pool team are fantastic and always happy to help with anything you need. The concierge and porters are consistently welcoming and quick to offer assistance, while housekeeping is incredibly well organised. Everything is done in a way that leaves guests feeling relaxed, comfortable and genuinely looked after.
The management team are also highly visible and approachable throughout the hotel, which reflects just how well it is run. This is an outstanding Marriott, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Malta. They consistently go the extra mile, and that’s exactly why I keep coming back.
