"The hotel is located centrally in the heart of Gent and so convenient. My room was one an extra large room, pristine and very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I had a car; parking was right under the hotel. The staff communicated in advance the instructions for the parking which was so helpful as I would have never found it based on the lobby adddress. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Central to Gent and tourist areas but accessible and easy with car Everything excellent (especially food in Bistro and Restaurant) - only room for improvement - service of Breakfast coffee could be improved (speed and quantity) - they've gone for quality - which is excellent but at busy times coffee service is slow"

"The facilities are beautiful. The breakfast in the castle setting very good and the terrace for drinks superb. The pool I had to myself as soon as we arrived at around 7:30 pm. At nine it was too crowded."

"We stayed 4 nights, 3 out of 4 breakfast days were excellent. One day was poor with a lack of silverware, food products and coffee machine. The room we had was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The desk staff were always very helpful and very courteous. "

"Was greeted upon arrival and got a room a couple hours early which is always a bonus. Liked the location, just south ofnthe main tourist area, but a quick walk to anything. Was nice being away from the crowds and the food neearby was great with options. Bathroom was small, but did book the smallest room as i was traveling alone, so cant complain."
