  • Beautiful 3.5-bedroom family apartment (B1) located in a quiet residential area (San Michele), near the shopping centre and all amenities (1 km), halfway between Bastia and Bonifacio. Ground-floor apartment (not on the pool side)<br><br> This air-conditioned apartment features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, a private covered terrace, a parking space, and access to the outdoor area, including a secure pool shared by 4 apartments. The four owners/friends of the four apartments are very concerned about maintaining the common areas.<br><br>A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of 80 euros is due upon key return. Sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and tea towels (20 euros per person per week) are provided, or you may bring your own linens. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed unless requested in advance.<br><br>

Das Appartement verfügt über alles was man benötigt, es hat an nicht gefehlt. Die Kommunikation trotz sprachlicher Barriere war hervorragend, wir haben Empfehlungen für sämtliche Aktivitäten und Locations bekommen. Der Pool ist super und groß und lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Die 4 Appartements im Haus teilen sich den Pool, dies war für uns aus der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich, hat aber nicht gestört.

Appartamento e contesto stupendi!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ L’appartamento di Gregory è un gioiello, bello e curato, super insonorizzato e di nuovissima costruzione. Ha tutte le comodità per una vacanza rilassante da favola. Centro commerciale vicino e con vasta scelta, spiagge ampie e poco affollate con mare pulitissimo a pochi km. Piscina stupenda per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata al mare. Host molto disponibile e cordiale!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Gregory und seiner Familie sehr genossen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Vermieter und die Dame vor Ort standen uns bei allen Fragen immer zur Seite. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub auf Korsika.

Wunderbare und perfekte Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr modern und absolut sauber. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, sodass man sehr gut selbst kochen kann, und hat eine große schattige Terrasse. Der herrliche Pool ist ebenfalls absolut sauber und ein echtes Highlight. Gregory ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden hat. Der Ort ist sehr nah am Meer und für Ausflüge zentral gelegen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
