"For the first time in my life I genuinely shed a tear when this holiday ended. It was a spectacular holiday and this house has a great deal to do with the beautiful memories we made here. We stayed for 16 nights mid-end August 2026. Throughout the entire stay we were 2 adults, 2 teenagers and my 8 year old but my mum and aunt also flew out to join us for a week during the stay. The house had plenty of room to accommodate us all.The photos don’t do this house justice. The views are spectacular and the wonderful owners and hosts (Despina and Steve) have anticipated everything. Designed and built from scratch by the owners there is nothing that hasn’t been considered. So much attention to detail and love has been poured into this place.The beds are incredibly comfortable. Every room is immaculately clean and the master bedroom is the size of a penthouse!!! The pool is a great size and the lovely local Schinias beach is a 7-8 min drive away. Despina and Steve could not have been more helpful or friendly. We will definitely keep in touch with them and my mum and aunt were blown away by the sheer beauty of the house and that spectacular view from every floor and every balcony We loved it here. There are steps to the spectacular house just to warn anyone who might need to know buy as it’s at the top of a gorgeous hill those steps only serve to perfect the breathtaking view.Simply put, the place is Stunning. Thank you D&S for hosting us xxxxx"

"This property was fantastic! We really can't say enough about the property and the entire experience. The owners, Maria and Alex, were very responsive to any questions we had, from the time we made the reservation till the day we checked out. Really nice people, very helpful. We came to Evia for our son's wedding, held on the other side of the island at Villa Delania. We rented Aphrodite for ourselves and the other "old folks" attending the wedding. It was perfect. Everyone was impressed with the accommodations, beautiful gardens, outdoor sitting and eating, lower level game room, and the nice beach. Speaking of the beach, it is virtually a private beach, very few other people. We loved sitting on the loungers in the evening, watching the moon rise over the hills, looking at some of the lights across the bay. I hope we get a chance to visit again!!!"

"The hotel is perfectly positioned, right by the sea and just away from the main centre (but still with a couple of minutes stroll) so it's quiet and peaceful. Our room (the suite) was spacious and the balcony a good size. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were super friendly and helpful – the ice cream bar is a constant temptation!"
