"I guess when a hotel property is sufficiently worn, they welcome pets. No idea when the property pictures were taken, the place is a dive. Overflowing trash inside and outside the property but when you have dogs, you are limited:("

"The room was adequate for my stay. I did not use room service. No soap and the other products were subpar. Location was great for my stay. Breakfast was okay. Eggs were good as was sausage. One day - no yogurt. Another few days- no regular coffee. "

"Dirty room, toilet didn’t flush, hair in sink, trash on floor, non smoking room smelled like smoke "

"First and most importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. The door latch was missing, and the door itself did not properly secure. I have both photos and video documenting this issue. Due to this, I was unable to rest and had to physically barricade the door using furniture (a chair and a nightstand) to feel any sense of security. Additionally, the room had a strong cigar smell despite being booked as a non-smoking room, which made the environment very uncomfortable. There were also multiple maintenance issues: The ice machine on my floor was not working The hot tub was out of service Staff informed me there was no maintenance personnel available overnight When I contacted the front desk regarding the broken door and safety concern, I was told I would have to wait until 6:00 AM for assistance. This response was unacceptable given the seriousness of the issue. To make matters worse, there was a high-speed police chase that ended directly in front of the hotel during the night. Given that my room was not secure, this situation significantly increased my fear and anxiety and prevented me from sleeping at all."
