"New hotel great people"

"We chose a beautiful suite with balconies overlooking the pool and ocean. We were delighted to discover the suite is nicer than the pictures on the hotel’s website. The breakfast facility is very good, with many stations of freshly prepared food to accommodate Western and Asian tastes. The grounds are well tended and the pool is spectacular. Staff is top-notch. Special thanks to Linh at front desk who went out of her way to communicate with the local football club and get tickets for us. The...

"This hotel was gorgeous! Spacious room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, lovely staff, secure parking. Taking one star off because smoking is allowed in the building hallways, and the location was not convenient for getting food. "

"The hotel itself is no doubt a good hotel according to north American standard. Breakfast is ok. The roof is leaking into the restaurant, but I guess this will be repaired soon. However the spa was a disappointment, not exactly what I would have expected. "

"Unfortunately this hit by the typhoon the night got there but we did not get notified of the hotel had no guest staying except us and also we had no internet, no air con, no way of communication as nobody spoke any English. They could have us the option to move us to another hotel and they too busy trying to their hotel back to some working order than to look after us."
