"Amazing experience at Puleera. Such a unique location with views of the Mt. Etna and the Ionian Sea. The staff was friendly and caring, it really felt like they knew us just after our first day. "We really liked the size of the room and space we had. Alfredo on the front desk checked us in and gave us some recommendations for dining etc. he was very nice and helpful, but I’m not sure the other front desk person was as tolerant or enjoyed her job when we dealt with her. Breakfast was a reasonable selection. Busy with a large group when we were there. Happy with the location across from the Bellini gardens and access to many eating places and shopping. We did an Etna tour and pick up was out front of the building, so very convenient. The price for our stay was good."
