"Resort is perfect in everyway. My wife and I loved the property, staff, food, beach, restaurants. We went in May which was perfect weather, less crowded, and a better value for the money. Specialty restaurants were very good. The buffet restaurant had good quality and variety as well for your regular meals. Staff is very attentive. The majority of people there were 40 plus versus 40 younger, but for my wife and I that was perfect (we are 70). This was our first time in Barbados and we loved everything about it. We are already counting days to go back in May 2027. Highly recommend this resort property. Not too big, not too small, just perfect."

"All I can say is that the food was fantastic, WOW! For an all inclusive location, they really did great with the food! The location was also kept very clean, personnel was very hospitable, and the room was also clean and well kept, and the personal Jacuzzi was really great as well. We had a really enjoyable and unique stay at this location. Will definitely return!"

"We had a lovely stay at waves. The views are great the beach is small but we were always able to find a chair. The staff was incredible. The food was very good I was a bit worried about only having a few restaurants but the menu changed daily at Seascape."

"The hotel was okay, but it is literally Maga territory. So many Karen's staying there, acting like they own it. They get up at 5AM to take up the seating area and stay there the entire day. The pool is basically unusable unless you don't mind having them stare at you the entire time and smoke cigarets by the pool (which the hotel didn't have a problem with and said that was okay to do..) Maybe we were just unlucky and the guests during this time sucked. On the positive side, the beach was beautiful and swimmable and the location was great. Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance and its a safe area. "

"During my recent stay at this hotel, I was disappointed with the experience on my final night, dated May 6, 2026. During my stay, the female pool bar attendant tried to take $40 USD from me. I immediately reported the issue to management, but I did not feel the situation was handled with the seriousness or urgency it deserved by Eliza (General Manager). As a guest, safety and trust are basic expectations when staying at a hotel. Instead of feeling secure, I left feeling violated and frustrated. While the staff was polite, the lack of accountability and follow-up regarding the incident was unacceptable. I strongly encourage the hotel to improve employee screening, security procedures, and guest protection policies to prevent situations like this from happening to others. Regrettably, I was unable to attend the Harbour Lights Dinner Show due to the staff's actions and the absence of empathy, understanding, or resolution from the general manager, Eliza. Despite the actions of these two employees (Eliza and the barkeep), I appreciate the front desk staff (Shevika), restaurant staff (Conner?), and housekeeping. I would feel comfortable staying here again or recommending this hotel to others if I were provided with a follow-up regarding this matter."
