"Everything about my stay was 10. The host and property manager were most accommodating and helpful. The house itself is equipment with everything you may need for a very comfortable stay. The attention to small details was very much appreciated. The location is superb, directly across the street from one of the nicest beaches on the island, Thunder Bay. I would not hesitate to recommend Eva's cottage to anyone. Thank you for having me."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Mullins for my 60th birthday. The home was perfect for couples and individual family members to commune in a shared space. Although I was initially apprehensive as the property is set back in a cul-de-sac, down a small dirt road this location turned out to be perfect for the type of privacy we desired. Family and friends enjoyed our daily visits from the local monkeys and the home was immaculate. We enjoyed the large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and functioning air conditioning. One of our favorite things was the open bifold doors that allowed for everyone to interact together from the kitchen to the living room, the pool and the cottage. We cannot say enough about Mike the house manager who covered every small detail. He was incredibly attentive and assisted with little things. You may never have thought you needed like a cooler and tablecloths. The pool was always kept clean and Sandia made sure that we felt at home. Shout out to the chef, Devon. He is a must for your stay. It was a joy to watch him prepare food in the kitchen and his presentation was superb. His homemade bread and turnovers were a hit. We want to thank all of you for making the special time possible for us and highly recommend your property for those looking for intimate family gatherings. Kudos!"

"HUGE apartment in front of the beach! Property in excellent conditions. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a huge apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk in closet, in site laundry, a large terrace with the dining table for six people and a patio set for four. Sparkly clean, service everyday, elevator from the pool/beach straight to the terrace of the apartment. I cannot say enough good things. It was an outstanding stay! Can't wait to go back. A couple of constructive comments: transfer from the airport arranged through them was extremely expensive and it was less expensive to rent a car for the full stay. Also, the wifi never worked and no one was sent to fix it. Still, the beach and the place was so amazing, that I would still go back."

"The condo was clean and had all supplies needed. The condo is in the west side of the island and is close to Mullins Beach which has a nice restaurant and entertainment, Sea Shed. It is roughly 45 minutes from Oistin Fish Market and another nice beach,Brownes. 25 minutes from Holetown and the Mall. And around 30 minutes Bathsheba on the east Coast. "

"Amazing spacious property one block from the beach and ocean.Located in a quiet neighborhood with close access to public transportation to all costal sites and restaurants. The upper deck provides a view of the ocean and is great for sun and socializing. The property manager is very helpful and responds immediately. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"Booked with short notice. Property manager Sarah was great and quick to reply to booking requests. Property owner was lovely. Spent time talking to us and responded very quickly to any requests. Property itself is a little gem. Pool is small but perfect for our needs. House certainly felt bigger than expected. Plenty of room. Hidden away but only a few minutes walk to the beach and public transport routes. Away from any road noise. Will certainly look to revisit again sometime. "
