"Great Staff. Continental breakfast included with room was excellent. Shuttle to main hotel building was quick and easy. Large room included a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. Daily self parking charge was annoying. "

"We loved the spaciousness of the house. We had 12 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us (and 2 pets). The main floor with the open living room, dining room and kitchen is perfect for gathering, games, meals. The street around the house are great for walking and checking out the mountain views. We also hiked and enjoyed many area attractions (Polly's, Super Secret IceCream and Mount Agassiz to name a few). We also loved having the pool table in the loft!"

"Im a fan of the classic old hotels like the Greenbrier Grove Park Inn, etc. This property is similar but doesnt measure up. Also i booked a townehome which was 5 minutes from hotel but did have access to all the amenities. Heat did not function well and when we woke up on the last day it was 64 degrees in the house. As far as the people who worked there they were all polite and professional. "

"The property was exceptional in about every way. Lots of bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen and responsive hosts when we had issues that needed to be addressed (issues outside of their control). Departure instructions were surprisingly easy and I would definitely stay here again. "
