Everything was amazing! Self checking is easy, fast and you can do it at any time. The room is super clean, cozzy and with everything you need. All the hotel is super clean and beautiful. Staff is always willing to help you! and the breakfast buffet is really good!!

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very good breakfast including hot food options. Manager/Owner helped us with transportation issues and was very accommodative. Quite affordable. Would stay here again if we return to Giessen.

9 Day Wonderful Stay in Gießen, Germany.

The hotel was amazing, great location, accessible to a bus line and amazing neighborhood grocery store, and local restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean, the breakfast was amazing with a variety of food options each day. I am vegetarian and the food was fresh. Most importantly all of the staff was remarkable and the cost was reasonable. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are in the Gießen area.

Nice big comfortable room

Place is a little old/tired but had everything we needed and it was a big comfortable room. We checked in using the out of hours self-check in, which was easy to do. Whenever we saw staff at reception, they were very friendly and helpful. Good location, short walk to Schwanenteich parkrun, 2 x supermarkets, town Centre etc.

Die Flure sind zu laut, schon durch die Benutzung von Schlüsseln und Gespäche im Flur werden nicht gedämpft. Auch fehlen im Zimmer Verdunklungsgardinen. Die Tiefgarage ist mit vielen Säulen ausgestattet die das einparken zu einer großen Herausforderung machen.

Een driepersoonskamer was gereserveerd , deze was gewenst ivm een apart bed. Een kamer met tweepersoonsbed werd gegeven en de handdoeken en beddengoed was voor 1 persoon dus beslist niet zoals geadverteerd. Slechte service dus.
