"Beautiful stay and very roomy. We got there a couple hours early and asked to check in. Because the room was ready, they let us check in. It’s hidden off the main walkway so it didn’t feel like we were on display. We used the free bikes that they offer and they did not disappoint. It was better than renting and having a time limit on the bikes. I would definitely stay again."

"Really fun little hotel, with super helpful staff, who took care of our every need. The larger rooms on the first floor are really great, with a bathtub in the room and nice decor. We did have a night in a second floor room also- just a bit small for us- we’ve been traveling for a while so have more stuff than someone on a weekend away- though still lovely decor and nice and quiet. "Die Hausbootvilla ist einzigartig. Umfangreich und luxuriös ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich des Hausbootes mit der Terrasse lädt zum Relaxen ein. Es fahren tagsüber viele Boote vorbei und es wird nie langweilig. Giethoorn selbst als Venedig des Nordens bezeichnet, verdient diesen Namen. Die Abwicklung der Reise war unproblematisch und ok."
