Its location on the village square will give you ease in all your travels: Der nearby to enjoy all its activities (casino, minigolf, tree climbing, water activities, hiking...) bakery and local shops, bike rental, restaurant... Also vibrate by going to Nigloland (40km) or enjoy a shopping spree at the factory outlets of the city of Troyes.

This Champagne house offers you on the ground floor:
- A lounge area with a beautiful TV for cosy evenings in the various sofas at your disposal. (Possibility to sleep in this room - modular sofa)
- A spacious dining room to welcome you all around a good meal or a glass of champagne
- A fully equipped kitchen with all the basic necessities (+ Raclette machine, party pancake, plancha)
- A large bathroom with corner bathtub (shower gel, shampoo, a large and a small towel per person)
