Enclosed courtyard, terrace and maintained grounds of 20,000m². 2 Gites grouped together for 4 people + 12 people/ Large house for 12 people: 1st floor: separate fitted kitchen, large living/dining room, open fireplace, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), bathroom and separate toilet . On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings (2 double beds), 1 bedroom fitted out in the dovecote on 2 levels (1 double bed, 1 single bed), shower room and separate toilet./1 bedroom on the ground floor of the dovecote not communicating with the rest of the house, separate access, 1 double bed, shower room opening onto the bedroom, wc. Storeroom fitted out with freezer, additional fridge. and washing machine.
