"Everything was absolutely lovely - the house was spacious, clean, and ideal. The only minor issue (which was somewhat rough coming in from the Americas) was that there was a dog barking and other animals making noise loudly into the night, but there are no fans or A/C, so the windows had to be open. "There was just the two of us, but we were taken with how spacious this former farmhouse with a newer extension was with no shortage of beds! There is a very large garden, completely walled off from the road outside so plenty of safe space to run around!
