Close to Weirs Beach, Funspot, Bank NH Pavilion, Alton Bay, Town Docks at Lake Winnipesaukee; and a 1/2 mile to Gunstock Mountain. Freshly renovated and serene, surrounded by gentle melodies of the brook in the spring and summer. Close to skiing, beaches, hiking, swimming, Winter activities, marinas, bar and entertainment and fabulous restaurants. Nestled within enchanting woods, enjoy the fully stocked eat-in-kitchen, fireplaces (2), outdoor fire table (by propane) and bench seating, outdoor grill, soaking tub, velvety double couches, card table stocked with games, little nooks, and rustic décor with an earthy feel. The main living area is open concept complete with a granite and black stainless steel kitchen, breakfast bar and a dining room table for 6, cozy fireplace nooks, soft double couches with a 50" Smart TV, card table stocked with games, a 3 quarter bath with soaking tub and an expansive mudroom for all gear. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, a cozy secondary living area complete with fireplace and desk, a relaxing deck off the living area and a full bath with double bowl vanity. Offering the perfect location for an unforgettable getaway.

• Must be 28 to book.

***Note: No Smoking inside and outside of the property. $250 Penalty Fee for Smoking at the property, plus $500 penalty for cleaning/treatment needed to get rid of the smell.

Great Time at the Gunstock Shanty

Had a great time in Gilford and specifically at the Gunstock Shanty. It’s a great house in an excellent location and the host was perfect to work with. Nice attention to detail throughout the house. Would definitely recommend.
