Corey is an excellent host! My son's had a blast at the concert and the unit was perfectly appointed. The property is very family friendly with innumerable daily excursions available. Shopping convenient, nearby.

Cute condo

The place was really nice, it had everything we needed. The pictures on line show the place as it is. We stayed for a quick night and it was very comfortable. If we are headed back to the area. I would definitely consider this place again.

Well equipped little apartment

Our stay was awesome. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The apartments are small but had a good layout. Great view of the lake. Location is perfect for us to get to Meredith and Gilford village in a short time. An upgrade would be a pull out couch.

A comfortable choice

We were satisfied, all the necessities were available. Our only suggestion would be to provide a more reliable and strong WI-FI system. The lake is very pretty and we will recommend this listing to others.

Perfect for my short getaway

I was only there for 2 days but it was great! It's in great location/close to things to do, nice inside the place, etc. The only complaint I have is about noise, the people above me were extremely loud my first night (luckily they left the next day) and since its on the road and by the airport its loud when sitting outside or with the door open. But it was a very minimal issue.

If you are going to a show at the BONH pavillion you cannot beat this place. Private Beach and you can walk to the show. It's just a few hundred yards.

We attended a show at the pavillion and the stay with old friends could not have been better. Hanging at the beach, pre-show tailgating, the walk to the show, and the very comfortable stay made this one a trip to remember. Corey was very responsive to my questions and ould not have been more helpful. Will definitely stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent spot!

This was the perfect place to stay for a concert weekend! It was clean, had a beautiful lake view and was walking distance to the venue. We had a great trip!

Nice location and experience near the water. The unit had a mouse come out of the washing machine. Our family wasn’t totally freaked out by that but others probably would. Then we’re being charged for using the linen when we stayed for two nights and we followed all the cleanup rules, but are told we did not follow the cleanup rules in our communication afterwards from the host we cleaned out the fridge in the food we swept we took out the trash where it was supposed to go we turned off the fans and the ACs. It was a nice community area aside from those comments made about our stay & the mouse was not okay!
