Come and enjoy a Summer Getaway on Lake Winnipesaukee! Surrounded by natural beauty & summer fun, our house is located across the street from the Big Lake, adjacent to hiking trails and features a shared POOL! Our recently updated home has room for everyone and features an open floor plan with 3 large bedrooms, 2baths, and spacious garage with plenty of room for your water gear. Come and enjoy the outdoors, play board games with the family, relax on the screened in deck with a good book and enjoy the incredible mountain views!

Our single family home is part of a peaceful and serene association centrally located in the Lake Region across the street from Lake Winnipesaukee, adjacent to Locke Hill hiking trails, and minutes to Gunstock Mountain, Bank of NH Pavilion Concert Hall, Weirs Beach and more. Hike, boat, fish, swim, golf, shop- this is the perfect getaway!
