Perfect weekend getaway on the lake

Very happy with our stay we we're ice fishing in the Merridith derby and this was a perfect location. Drive right out on the ice with the truck and the cottage had great heat and awesome hot water shower. Will be back

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was cute, clean, and well appointed. The location was good for us, as there were many things to do nearby that we typically like to enjoy on our trips: restaurants, antique stores, local breweries, scenic areas, shopping, etc. The hosts were super helpful and friendly when I needed to reach out for something. Overall a great place to stay at a reasonable price, and I would happily stay here again.

Great cabin close to Laconia Bike week

Small Cabin was perfect for a couple. Less than 5 miles from Laconia Bike week. Clean and fully stocked with with everything you need..cooking utensils, BBQ, Firepit, Hair dryer etc. Very quiet neighborhood with amble parking for a car and trailer. Property Mgr, Donna was super friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely book again

Great location

This house is located very close to Gilford Beach (get a pass from the owner If you wish to go there-residents only), Weir’s Beach, Fun Spot, Gunstock, Meredith, and other attractions. Home is more of a small camp. It has amenities you need. Bathroom is small with a small shower. I don’t know if I would encourage anyone with more than 4 people to stay there unless you are only sleeping there and don’t require more than 1 bathroom. Small yard is good for pets to roam a bit. Very quiet neighborhood. There are neighbors all around the property but it was quiet. Fireworks went off in several directions Saturday night.
