"Location location location! Great little spot with big spacious aircon rooms. If you forgot your toothbrush - no problem, there is one in the room! The front door can be tricky, and it can all do with a littlenTLC, but really nice. Staff very friendly and so helpful 😊 "

"This property was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to anybody visiting the Gili Islands! It’s brand new, super clean and modern, and the staff was so incredibly nice and friendly! Especially our concierge, Frendi, who was very responsive and helpful and made us feel so welcomed. "Jago Gili Air is convenient and a great place to stay close to the harbour. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are the friendliest bunch we met during our 2 week stay (we stayed in 4 different hotels). The rooms are nice and cosy with big bathrooms. The pool is handy whenever we got too hot! You can rent bikes for about 50k/day which was great and also you can arrange snorkel trips with them. It was a great snorkel trip where we saw 4 different areas around the Gili Islands and even saw turtles 3 times. "
