We stayed at the Cocana resort for four nights. The resort is amazing. We cycled around the whole island and couldn’t find a place that looked nearly as good. The rooms are elegant and super clean, the pool area is amazing and the restaurant and beach bar offer tasty food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Spa was great and relaxing too. My partner and I got engaged during our stay and the staff helped us make this moment super special. All the staff - doesn’t matter if it was gardeners, room service, waiters or managers - were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall one of the best places we stayed so far and if we’re in the area again we will definitely return to Cocana. A special thanks to Laura, who always brightened our days.

It's an amazing resort, located in the perfect spot of island, sunset beach gorgeous, surrended by greenery, our 1 bedroom villa with private pool was spectacular in terms of interior design, comfort, service, cleaning. It was like living in a dream. The quality of all amenities , among restaurants and spa was beyond our expectations. This is a real destination spot if you plan to spend 2-3 days in Gili. We loved it

Great up-scale hotel for Gili Trawagan

The hotel was a great choice for staying in Gili Trawagan. The beachfront area is beautiful and serene. The music, the vibe, the people - all were lovely.

We had an amazing stay at the Cocana Resort. The property is beautiful and everybody was so kind. We stayed in the one bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was very clean and as beautiful as in the pictures. We can definetely recommend this resort!

Superb hotel

Very nice hotel with a great vibe. Beautifully made. Amazing location, you literally walk onto the beach from the restaurant & lawn. Nice pool. good food. Superb rooms (we had the 1 br villa). Thoroughly enjoyed and if in Gili T again, we would repeat this hotel.

The resort is beautiful! It was perfect for our honeymoon. They were so accommodating and always ensured we were having a pleasant stay! We had a slight drainage issue in our shower - they immediately investigated the issue. Laura the manager was so lovely. She personally came to apologise. The hotel couldn’t do enough! We would definitely recommend this hotel. The customer service is second to none :)

Great stay in their villa - the outdoor living room was unique and well designed. The food was delicious and good selection of wines. They do not take Amex though and you have to go to the breakfast buffet (if ordered to the room you pay for it).

Everything and everyone was amazing! Can not say anything else! We were so taken care off by every staff at the resort. Shout out to our security/bicycle/scooter rent staff, maintenance staff, restaurant staff, spa staff, really everyone! You made our stay amazing! I only have one thing that i believe would need improvement and that is the reception about communication, more specifically the English-language. I believe when you are/have this status of a resort, you need to be able to know English a little bit better when you work in the reception. There were several occasions where there were misunderstanding because of the language. Otherwise, 10/10!!😍

You will not regret anything.

This place is amazing. Serene. Great location for sunsets. Beautiful property grounds and rooms. The food is amazing. The spa is something you should do everyday. But the service is particularly standout. Nicest warmest friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. Special callout to Laura. Such a wonderful and kind soul.

Great team and superb rooms.

After an initial bumpy start, we were very well looked after and felt they really cared. The room was top notch, really first class. The grounds were well cared for. Staff so lovely and friendly. I hope the issues on the road out front get sorted soon as it does not give a great first impression. Guests also need to be aware, this side is no longer the quiet side. There are full on party bars very near by but this does not disturb you in the room.

We absolutely loved Cocana Resort. Everything was amazing and well structured from start to finish. The only suggestion i could give is the lady on front of house was not very helpful in suggesting or organising our requests for any day trips, so we had to find help outside of the resort.
